Our Shipping Process

To ensure products reach you as quickly as possible, we operate on a direct pickup model. This means that once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, our trusted courier partner is dispatched directly to the vendor's location to pick up your item.

The item is then transported from the vendor to your specified delivery address. Delivery times can vary depending on the vendor's location, your location, and courier availability, but typically range from 8-12 business days within Sri Lanka.

Final shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on the factors described below.

How Shipping Costs are Calculated

The cost of transporting a shipment is determined by our courier partners based on the package details. The final cost is based on the greater of two measurements: the actual weight of the package and its volumetric (or dimensional) weight.

Volumetric weight is a calculation that reflects the density of a package. A less dense item generally occupies more space in comparison to its actual weight. This is calculated by multiplying the length x height x width of a package and dividing the result by a standard volumetric factor.

The courier compares the volumetric weight with the actual weight to ascertain which is greater; this higher weight is then used to calculate your final shipping fee during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund or exchange. Please review the following guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are perishable, food-related, personalized, or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@yourcompany.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a wrong or damaged item).
